Appreciated the central heating, safe, and multi-channel TV provided in the room, as well as the ideal location for exploring Heroes Square on foot.

The building is new and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable. Very kind and good people are working there...

The staff here is super helpful and awesome. the room was cozy and nice, but cleanliness could be better, and the balcony was a bit lacking. the food options were good and tasty though! 🌟

I had a great stay at this hotel. The view from the breakfast room on the 17th floor was absolutely amazing. I could see the whole city and it was breathtaking. The staff at breakfast and reception were really nice and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed. The location was not central, but it was easy to get around with cheap taxis in the city.

The uphill walk to the hotel with luggage might be a bit tiring, but overall everything was alright.

Located in the heart of the city, it is easy to access public transportation to explore the city. the breakfast options are abundant in the dining room with fantastic views of the surrounding city. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds and quality linens.

Only minor improvements could be made to the bathroom facilities.

From my room on the top floor, I had a amazing view of the city's skyline. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious foods. The hotel was also very clean, with well-maintained facilities.

They offered complementary cookies and wine. the rooftop breakfast view was amazing, and the breakfast had a huge variety of options. the location was close to a market and a bus station that could easily take you to the city center.

The staff was hard to find, and the check-in and check-out took too long. the bathroom didn't have enough amenities, and the curtains were ineffective at blocking out city lights.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the rooms. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with comfortable beds and pillows that made for a good night's sleep. Lastly, the location was ideal, as it was close to the center of the old city, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious, with a big balcony and a smart TV that we used to watch a romantic movie.
